Savarese students win Grappling Industries tournament

Congrats to Sean Yadimarco and Maria Villa for both taking 1st place at the Grappling Industries (http://grapplingindustries.com/) tournament today! Sean won a HUGE purplebelt division and is really starting to come into his own as a purplebelt competitor. Is getting better w each tournament. So proud of Maria as well, she came back from a loss at the World Championship this year w a new commitment and focus. She won all her matches by finish from the mount, something I really stressed w her and some others recently, finishing the job when we get dominant positions. Great job!
