Congrats to my instructor and mentor Renzo Gracie for being inducted in the NJ hall Of fame this weekend and receiving the Legends Award. BJJ has no greater representative than Renzo, who has a never ending smile on his face and never turns down a BJJ practitioners request for a picture or 5 minutes. Renzo, you deserve everything great that comes to you!

Thanks to John Danaher for coming to Savarese BJJ and giving an awesome seminar. John doesn’t do many seminars and it was a great honor for me to host him since I learned so much of my BJJ from him. For those who are unfamiliar w/ him, John is one of top blackbelts of Renzo Gracie and the BJJ coach and cornerman of UFC Champion George St. Pierre. It was an awesome night.
