Hope everyone had a great Holiday!!!

OK guys summer is over. IT IS TIME TO GET BACK TO CLASS!!!! No excuses! Create your routine for the fall and schedule the days you are going to train. W/ the new schedule, there is absolutely ZERO excuse not to make it to class. It is important to come to class.

The great thing about BJJ is you have to put the time in but the results are incredible. The payout is priceless. I was at a BJJ business seminar last weekend and the speaker asked the school owners in the crowd, “how many of you would trade your blackbelt and all the memories and titles during your journey to blackbelt for $100,000. No one raised their hand. He went on to $200K, $500K and finally $1 million. Nobody in an audience of over 1000 people would trade their blackbelt in BJJ and their memories for a million dollars! (including myself). That is why I am so passionate about you guys making it to class, pushing yourselves, training hard etc. I want you to feel how I feel, there is nothing like it. The feeling you have when you’ve earned something you worked a long time for has limitless value.
