Match of the day is a 2001 ADCC match between Ricardo Almeida vs. Mike Van Arsdale. Almeida is Renzo Gracie’s 1st blackbelt and has medaled at some of the most prestigious tournaments in the world. Van Arsdale wrestled at Iowa St and is the 1988 NCAA 176lb Wrestling Champion, a gold medal at 1997 world cup in freestyle wrestling and a former UFC Fighter.
