Hayes-Diniz

BJJ match of the day is a 2009 match at the No-Gi Pan Am between my good friend Jay Hayes of NJ United vs. Edson Diniz, runnerup to BJ Penn at the 2000 World Championship. Hopefully, being my oh so important “match of the day” will jump-start Jay into competing again, he is one of the best guys in the US in his weight class!
