BJJ match of the day is Ryron Gracie vs. Cassio Werneck. Ryron is one of the most underrated grapplers in the US in my opinion and has won most of the toruns he has competed in. Cassio is known for having an awesome half guard and was a World Champion in 2003. Excellent match!
