BJJ match of the day is a 2007 ADCC match between Rafael Lovato Jr. vs. Marko Helen. Lovato, along w/ BJ Penn, is one of only 2 Americans to wina BJJ World Championship at blackbelt. He is also the 1st American to win the prestigeous Brasiliero at blackbelt. In this match he displays an awesome open guard to control and eventually sweep and sub Helen.
