Serra-Babs

BJJ match of the day is an old school brownbelt/purplebelt match between Matt Serra vs Babs Olusanmokun. There was a big rivalry between the Renzo Gracie and Fabio Clemente Academies back then. Many from Clementes used to say Babs (whom you might recognize from the Marcelo Garcia DVDs) could beat Matt. A superfight was then set up here and Matt won pretty handily. it’s funny to see the old school, everyone crowds and pounds the mat matches, brings back memories.
