BJJ match of the day is from the 2012 BJJ World Championship between Rafael Lovato Jr vs Victor Bonfim. Lovato and BJ Penn are the only Americans to win the World BJJ Championship and he also won the 2010 No-Gi World championship and along w/ his student Justin Rader , were the only teacher-student team to win the Worlds. I really think this is one of the best BJJ products i have seen. There will be 2 coaching calls, a discussion forum, footage of Lovato using the techniques in competition, match breakdowns, bonus content etc… so it is much more than just an instructional, it is an online learning resource. I HIGHLY recommend it.

BJJ match of the day is a 2005 ADCC match between UFC vet Jake Shields vs Leo Santos. Santos is a 4x World Cup Champion and the 05 Brazilian ADCC Trials Champ. he also finished 2nd in the 2001 World BJJ Championship to Royler Gracie. Shields is a 2x All American wrestler from Cuesta College and won the Elite XC, Strikeforce and Shooto titles in his MMA career.
