2 classes are now changing again! Friday nights Advanced 7pm no-gi class is now a Gi Fundamentals class. Also, Sunday mornings 10:30 no-gi class is now a gi Fundamentals class.  This starts IMMEDIATELY!!!

The Academy will be closed on Wed Nov 24th, Thurs Nov 25th and Fri Nov 26th for Thanksgiving. We will re-open sat morning on Nov 27th. Sunday’s 11am no-gi is now a 11am gi Fundamentals class!
