would like to thank Rafael Lovato Jr. for sharing his knowledge w/ my students and some friends. It was one of the 3 best, if not THE best seminar I’ve been to my 13 yrs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Rafael is a 2007 World BJJ Champion and a 3x Pan Am Champion. His techniques and thoughts on strategy were awesome.

I would like to congratulate my students who competed Saturday on their fine showings. Everyone competed well and we won a ton of matches. Congrats to those who medaled.
